Managers are often dissatisfied with so many aspects of their jobs: the 60-hour work week, stress-related susceptibility to cardiovascular disease, layoffs, and mergers and acquisitions. From this point of view, MLM network marketing has dramatically changed the lives of many businessmen. Harry Leeling of Temicula, California has been a dentist for 27 years. Here is how he talks about his arrival in network marketing: “At first, the work of a dentist suited me quite well. However, around 1987 the situation began to change. The health care organization, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the emergence of various debt-related problems (I actually began studying law in order not to be a defendant in court) - all this began to make life very difficult. I decided to go with the flow. In the end, my work fully provided for me; Dentists always have large incomes. Over time, the situation got worse and worse. And it was getting harder and harder for me to make ends meet. Finally, I started looking for another job. However, no matter what business I decided to go into, I did not feel confident enough in any of them. I had no idea about MLM NETWORK MARKETING. I would never stoop to him.
In August 1995, when I was attending a seminar for dentists, a colleague of mine mentioned a network company. It was clear that this business was not for me. However, when I heard that they had products of interest to dentists, I thought maybe I could sell them. In the end, I liked these products, and I decided to attend seminars organized by the management of this company. By December of that year, I was not only selling products, but also recruiting several of my colleagues into this business. With great difficulty I managed to sign another 13 people, but in February they all left the business. And I was left with nothing.
I was in despair. But, fortunately, I went to another seminar organized by the company's management, in which one of my senior leaders agreed to become my coach. It was from that moment, at the age of 52, that I began to master a completely different philosophy of life. In MLM NETWORK MARKETING, the most important thing is personal development and self-improvement. Having attended numerous seminars and experienced the influence of my fellow networkers, as a result, I became a completely different person. My business is growing, I have a very good relationship with my wife Dixie and with all the relatives. My outlook on life has completely changed and I have become an optimist. And although I still devote part of my time to dentistry, I no longer feel like a practicing doctor with all the problems and anxiety that entails. I feel like a networker who has the ability to bring good to people. Now I believe in the best and feel inspired to do what I like. I never thought it was possible before.”
Praise others, not yourself
We don't like to generalize, but there are many egoists among managers who reason like this: “We are wonderful People. We are better than our subordinates. If not for our brilliant abilities, success would not have been achieved. However, in MLM NETWORK MARKETING you need to take the exact opposite point of view in order for this business to work. You can repeat this story over and over as you build your business. It captures exactly what network marketing is all about, just like every other story in this book. We hope you enjoy this story as much as we do.
Pat and Steve have this to say: “Our story is not one of overnight success. The thing is that we have worked in this business longer than others. During the first three and a half years, our progress was so insignificant that it is even embarrassing to talk about it. We experienced the full range of negative emotions. We have repeatedly asked ourselves: “Why are we not succeeding? What did we do wrong? Why is everyone else's business growing faster and better than ours? Will we ever be able to work the same way?”
We attended all the seminars and presentations. And because of that, they only felt even more depressed than encouraged, because they heard impressive success stories from other people. We really wanted to find at least one person who would say: “Yesterday I drove a car for three hours at night in order to attend an event where I got a boost of inspiration!” That would be great for us! If there's one thing we've learned about this business, it's how easy it is to lose heart. One has only to compare the result of their work with the success of other people. You will always have colleagues who are more successful than you are currently. However, we continued to attend all events
